I Hate Being Stuck in My Head: Why Is Bad for Your Mental Health

For example, if someone assures you that you are sick and that you will die very quickly from that disease, and you really believe in that, it could really happen to you!

1.  The psyche suffers first, the body collapses: How to train the brain to stop worrying!

Our body is made up of a huge group of 30 trillion cells that work in harmony. And the behavior of each of these cells is greatly influenced by our mind and perception. For example, if you perceive the world as a friendly place, your cells will receive such signals that will guide them to open, grow and develop. But if you view the same world as a hostile place where you constantly have to defend and guard against something, your stations will receive closing signals, so instead of performing their usual functions, they will now take on a new role – defending themselves from stress and enemies.

2.  Conscious or subconscious mind – who has the main word?

Each of us is “programmed” by the age of six. Until then, our brains recorded the environment like a tape, so we absorbed the behavior of parents and the environment, their attitudes, bad and good patterns, fears, prejudices, etc., like a sponge. We are “programmed” to believe that we do not have the power to decide, and that is all so that some minority in the world could rule us. Although every man has equal power and strength, it is programming that leads to one man becoming a beggar on the street, and another, Bill Gates.” If you’re working on a plan of your own and you notice that you have to put in a lot of effort and everything gets stuck, it’s only because your subconscious mind is sabotaging you. In order not to be a victim of that program and your own subconscious, change your negative beliefs and repeat over and over again what you want to be – happy, healthy and fulfilled individuals.

3.  Your own body produces the best medicine!

Each of us largely decides on our own health. Every person has a large number of stem cells in their body that have the power to regenerate every organ or tissue. So, our organism has the power of revitalization and self-renewal.

4.  Stuck in your head is bad for a relationship

The partners separate, and they are both happier alone, or with someone else. But, the relationship ends because one or both partners make an incredible destructive mistake without even realizing it. Psychological literature is full of examples of behaviors that can disrupt a romantic relationship: You distance yourself from your partner, you hide your finances, you are not in the mood for new experiences, you are silent when you are angry, you show contempt for your partner.  Try to relax a bit and find a solution.

Everything goes from the head: For good health, change your way of thinking!
